This course aims to equip eighth-grade students and physical education teachers with essential knowledge and skills in self-care practices focused on physical health and fitness. Over 36 interactive modules, learners will explore components of fitness, nutrition, hydration, stress management, and the importance of physical activity for mental health. Students will engage in hands-on activities, set personal fitness goals, and learn to create balanced and sustainable wellness routines that foster lifelong health habits. The course fosters collaboration, critical thinking, and self-reflection to promote overall well-being.
